Love Cares

Hello LG family and friends. We have all been touched from the tragedy that occurred in Uvalde Texas. As a Pastor I want to offer few words of encouragements.

• This too shall be used for God’s glory. I’m reminded that, for those who love God all things work together for good for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

• Value what God has given you. Show appreciation, overlooking faults, remember it’s okay to be interrupted, your loved ones are worth it. You are worth it; God showed his love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

• We live in a fallen world and sometimes it falls on us. The effects of the fall (Genesis 3) will never leave us. Sin entered and brought with it suffering, sorrow, sickness, disease and ultimately death. Evil is here, but so is God! This is my comfort in my affliction that your promise gives me life. Psalm 119:50

• Remember the marks of a true Christian. Let love be genuine. Abhor what us evil hold fast to what is good...rejoice with those who rejoice weep with those who weep Romans 12:9 & 15
