Executive Pastor
Pastor Joseph is a product of the church, and has served in various capacities over time under the guidance of his grandfather, the late Rev. Dr. Aaron Lewis Neal Sr. Currently, Joseph serves as Executive Pastor of Love Gave Church. Joseph is responsible for overseeing ministry operations to help the church achieve its mission. Pastor Joseph is also a CTE teacher for Duval County Public Schools and enjoys mentoring and watching young minds grow. He is a native of Jacksonville, Florida, and graduated from Robert E. Lee Senior High School and Jones College.
Pastor Joseph has a heart for God’s people and his church, and desires to see the people of God empowered and growing in wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of biblical principles. In his spare time Pastor Joseph likes listening to music, spending time with his family and close friends, cooking, DIY projects, and indoor gardening. A Florida Gator fan, you can regularly see him wearing the orange and blue. Pastor Joseph’s life verse is Psalm 3:3 (ESV), “But you, O Lord, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head.”
